Here are the most common problems people have encountered when logging in:

  • Spaces

    The most common error found when there are issues logging into the site is that a space is being entered either before or after the username. The system recognizes spaces as an entry and therefore does not recognize your log in information. Please check to make sure there are no spaces before or after your username. Also, if you are copying and pasting your credentials from another place, this is most likely where the space is getting added, so make sure to remove the space after pasting the username.

  • Usernames

    All users -- field agents and applicants -- may log in using their email address as the username. Field agents may also continute to log in using their agent ID, as they were able to do until we opened up the website to applicants.

  • ALL CAPS

    Please note that passwords are case sensitive; therefore you must enter your password the same way you it was entered when you set-up you profile or the same way it was provided to you in your engagement email.

  • Cookies

    If you continue having trouble logging in and the above common problems do not apply to you, then it may be that the cookies in your browser need to be cleared. Please follow these instructions to clear them, and then try again:
